Information we collect

When you register your interest, we collect: parent name and contact details, child name and age, number of children, suburb, preferred training days and times, and any comments you share. We also record technical information such as your IP address, browser and referrer for security and analytics purposes.

How we use your information

We use your information to: (1) plan our launch locations based on community demand, (2) contact you with updates about launch timelines and founding-member opportunities, and (3) improve the quality of our programme design.

Marketing consent

We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in via the marketing consent checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data retention

We keep registration data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@beastsportsacademy.co.za.
